Returns:

We accept returns for unused decal kits within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All decals must remain unpeeled and intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

If your decal kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund (including original shipping costs)

Please provide photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

Incorrect Item Received:

If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 14 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

For hygiene and usability reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• Decals have been applied or partially used
• Backing has been removed
• The product is not in resalable condition

Order Processing Times:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options and Timeframes:

We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard postage (approx. 2-6 business days)
• Express postage (approx. 1-3 business days) 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer free standard shipping on orders over $250.

Delivery Locations:

We ship Australia-wide, including metro and regional areas.

For remote locations, delivery times may be longer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

Authority to Leave:

By default, shipments may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

Delays and Disruptions:

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

• Carrier issues
• Weather events
• High-demand periods

We are not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
